Cuvée Wine Bar & Bistro
The Greenporter Hotel's restaurant, Cuvée Wine Bar & Bistro, offers fine dining featuring local seasonal fare. Local ingredients that are grown and harvested on Long Island seasonally inspire the menu. Organic produce and local seafood are the backbone of Cuvée's menu complimented by the wide selection of North Fork wines. Enjoy dining fireside in the winter or on the deck in the warm summer months.
At the restaurant we proudly feature 45 wines by the glass and more than 30 other local and international wines by the bottle.
During the high season, the restaurant is open for all meals seven days a week.
During the winter, the restaurant is open on Thursdays and Fridays for dinner, Saturdays serving all meals and Sundays for breakfast until 11:00am.
Cancellation Policy
* Please note that a credit card is required to reserve parties of 5 persons or more.
* Please note that for special events such as wine or theme dinners, a credit card is required to book all reservations regardless of size.
* Should your plans change, please let us know. Due to limited seating, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice and a cancellation fee of $25 per person will be charged to the credit card on file.
